the materials in this Site are provided “as is” and without warranties of any kind either express or implied. To the fullest extent permissible pursuant to applicable law, Agent Vi disclaims all warranties, express or implied.
Under no circumstances, including, but not limited to, negligence, shall Agent Vi be liable for any special or consequential damages that result from the use of, or the inability to use, the materials, the site, or any other web site. In no event shall Agent Vi’s total liability to you for all damages, losses, and causes of action (whether in contract, tort (including, but not limited to, negligence)
or otherwise) exceed the amount paid by you, if any, for purchasing any materials or products.

it at any time by destroying the Materials together with all copies thereof. Upon termination of this Terms of Use, you agree to destroy the Materials together with all backup copies, modifications, printed or written materials, and merged portions in any form, or return same to Agent Vi at your expense.

Agent Vi logo, 3-For-Free logo, and other marks indicated on our site are trademarks of Agent Vi. Agent Vi is registered in the United States Patent and Trademark Office, and with the Trademark Offices in the State of Israel.
Registrations have been filed in several other countries. Agent Vi’s trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service that is not Agent Vi’s, in any manner that is likely to cause confusion among customers, or in any manner that disparages or discredits Agent Vi. All other trademarks not owned by Agent Vi or any of its related companies that appear on this site are the property of their respective owners, who may or may not be affiliated with, connected to, or sponsored by Agent Vi.
